Thats how I gave up my goals this time around. Without a fight. Not even half hearted efforts.

This means I need to start small again. Take baby steps. One at a time. One goal per month from now on. Something is better than nothing. One will spread and help many. One is easier to focus. Easier to follow. Easier to think about. No clashes. No load.

One goal only.

Exercise daily. Walk. Work out.

Exercise daily. exercise restraint. Exercise mind, brain and imagination. exercise change in life.

Exercise.
