Morning Routine:
- Wake up early
- drink water
- warm up
- go for daily run
- come back and cool down
- note down the running details
- Plan MITs/goals/missions
- write on ANYTHING for at least 15 mins to develop my writing
- get ready to move out for office
Evening Routine :
- A light dinner
- change in sleep clothing
- read, blog, review the day, study, talk
- Keep all the things that I will need to get ready tomorrow ready
- An hour after the dinner, get the bed ready
- practice reiki
- Relax the body, and drift in the sleep while meditating.
