Morning Routine:

  • Wake up early
  • drink water
  • warm up
  • go for daily run
  • come back and cool down
  • note down the running details
  • Plan MITs/goals/missions
  • write on ANYTHING for at least 15 mins to develop my writing
  • get ready to move out for office

Evening Routine :

  • A light dinner
  • change in sleep clothing
  • read, blog, review the day, study, talk
  • Keep all the things that I will need to get ready tomorrow ready
  • An hour after the dinner, get the bed ready
  • practice reiki
  • Relax the body, and drift in the sleep while meditating.
